The service provided is 5-star, with complete attention to service and to making your experience unforgettable. The food was great. The crew was super knowledgeable and friendly. All the activities were punctual. We saw things we didn't think we would have the chance on a non-diving trip, like swimming with sharks, penguins, sea lions. We also learned a lot about the ecosystem! I highly recommend the place (Galapagos) and the tour company. Throughout the entire process, I was constantly in contact with Melissa, who helped with any needs we had.
